past employment

Sample Technologies

full stack developer

may 2018 - may 2022

i've been at sample technologies since may 2018. sample tech is a technology company in the interior design industry, serving designers, architects, any many others in the commercial design space. we are owned by textiles company cf stinson and serve them as well as other companies in the industry. i assist with maintenance and upkeep of stinson and stinson products, develop administrative technologies for stinson and our licensees, and maintain and develop new technology for designMix, a cutting edge design product unique in this industry. as one of two developers on this team, my work has been critical to the success and expansion of the designMix product suite. in 2019, designMix won both gold and best of competition in the healthcare design's nightingale awards, as well as the workplace technologies category in best of neocon (a yearly convention in the commercial design industry, very much unrelated to the neoconservative movement).
